What You’ll Do

• Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through outbound channels (email, phone, social, events)
• Qualify inbound leads and move them into the sales pipeline

Overview

Help design, build, and maintain scalable applications and data platforms supporting AI risk intelligence, analytics, and regulatory monitoring. This role spans backend services, data pipelines, APIs, and modern frontend applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack, writing production-quality code, and collaborating closely with infrastructure, data engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and implement scalable full-stack features across backend services and frontend applications.
• Build and maintain REST and event-driven APIs supporting internal and customer-facing applications.
• Develop data-driven UI components and dashboards using modern React frameworks.
• Implement secure, reliable, and maintainable services supporting multi-tenant architectures.

Backend & Data Engineering

• Develop backend services in Python supporting ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and analysis pipelines.
• Integrate with external data sources including government and regulatory APIs.
• Design and optimize MongoDB data models, aggregation pipelines, and indexing strategies.
• Build and maintain vector search and similarity pipelines using embedding-based architectures.

Infrastructure & Platform Integration

• Deploy and maintain services in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and observability. 
• Implement distributed workflow orchestration using Prefect or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Contribute to service reliability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive and high-performance UI applications using React and modern component frameworks.
• Implement advanced data visualization and analytics interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and real-time data services.
• Maintain strong UI/UX standards and accessibility best practices.

Quality & Engineering Excellence

• Write automated tests across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards.
• Debug and resolve production issues across the application stack.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases
• Familiarity with data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Experience with async or distributed processing patterns

Frontend

• Strong experience with React
• Experience with modern UI component libraries (Material UI or similar)
• Experience building data-driven dashboards or analytics interfaces
• Strong understanding of state management and API integration

Platform & Infrastructure

• Experience with Docker and containerized application development
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes deployment patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Understanding of service observability, logging, and metrics
